Lithium-ion batteries have caused at least 131 fires in New York City so far this year, resulting in dozens of injuries and 13 deaths.

The FDNY is responding to a two-alarm fire at a construction site in Manhattan.
It broke out just after 2 p.m. in a building at Castle Hill Avenue near Watson Avenue. The location is right next to the Cross Bronx Expressway.
Four firefighters were hurt battling the blaze at an apartment building in Queens.
It happened at around 7 p.m. on East 180th near Mohegan Avenue, officials said.
The crash happened at around 7 p.m. in the West Farms section of the borough. Witnesses described the violent collision to CBS New York's Kristie Keleshian.
The flames broke out just before 4 a.m. Sunday on 212th Street in Queens Village.
The injured firefighters were taken to area hospitals and are expected to be OK.
