Yankees Trade Nick Goody To Indians
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Yankees announced Tuesday they've traded right-handed relief pitcher Nick Goody to the Cleveland Indians.
New York will receive a player to be named later or cash considerations.
Goody, 25, appeared in 27 games last season. He had a 4.66 ERA and 34 strikeouts over 29 innings.
The Yankees selected Goody in the sixth round of the 2012 draft out of LSU.
