Former world champion Daniel Bryan wrestles hundreds of nights a year for WWE all over the world. And there's a good chance you can find him in a Chipotle near you.
Bryan and his wife, WWE Diva Brie Bella, are notoriously healthy eaters.
Having lost 250 pounds (I've kept it off for five years and counting), I get excited any time I get to talk about nutrition.
I have to admit when I asked how he maintained his eating habits on the road I was surprised to hear him say that he was a fan of Chipotle. But what he said made perfect sense.
"For the most part Chipotle tries to use as many local farms as possible to get their vegetables and meats," he said. "I used to be vegan. I'm not anymore, but I don't eat hardly any meat. But it's nice for me to go to a place like Chipotle where I can get some fresh veggies, some brown rice, some black beans and all that kind of stuff."

He said he also tries to pack and take as much of his own food as possible with him. Bryan said it's become a lot easier to do that in the past decade.
"I've prepared meals for an entire weekend and brought them with me," he said. "There are some places in the south where there's not a whole lot. Sometimes there's cities where it's just hard to find healthy food. You just have to be prepared."
Bryan told me he became a student of nutrition by necessity. He has a weak immune system and was chronically ill for most of his adult life, but was able to find relief after discovering the benefits of eating clean.
Pure wrestling junkies who want more of the in-ring talk should listen to part one of my conversation with Bryan. You won't be disappointed.
And to appease the hardcore fans here, I did ask him about being featured on Total Divas, which is when the conversation took a rather humorous turn.
