NYPD & FDNY Rescue Woman From Hudson River
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A woman was pulled from the Hudson River Wednesday evening.
Emergency responders rushed to save the woman found wading in the waters near West 34th Street just after 10 p.m.
At first crews tossed a life saver her way, but when she didn't grab on, an officer jumped in, grabbed her and swam to safety, CBS2 reported.
The woman was taken to Mount Sinai West for evaluation.
