Woman Found Dead Outside Bronx NYPD Facility
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. (1010 WINS/WCBS 880/AP) -- The body of a Westchester County woman, apparently dead from an insulin overdose, was found in an SUV outside a NYPD narcotics facility in the Bronx.

Police said it may have been there for days.
The body was identified Wednesday as that of 32-year-old Gizela Andrade, of Mount Vernon, who vanished Sept. 25. She was four months pregnant.
Mount Vernon Police Commissioner Carl Bell said the preliminary cause of death was an insulin overdose. At this point, no foul play is suspected.
WCBS 880's Catherine Cioffi reported that Andrade, who had type 1 diabetes, is said to have never made mistakes with her insulin before. Why she overdosed that day is still unclear.
Bell said he didn't know why the car was parked in that location or why none of the New York City police checked it out, 1010 WINS' Kathleen Maloney reported.
"We put the information out, I can't speculate on why they hadn't seen it at that police station," Bell said.
1010 WINS also learned that a note from Andrade, asking a relative to take care of her cat, was found.
Mount Vernon detectives were at the NYPD facility on an unrelated matter Tuesday night when they recognized the car that Andrade was driving when she vanished.
