Woman, 81, Missing From Lower East Side Housing Development
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An 81-year-old Lower East Side woman was reported missing Sunday night.
Isabel Rosado was last seen spoken to over the phone at her home in the Baruch Houses public housing development on the FDR Drive near Houston Street, police said.
She is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, with white hair and a safe return wrist band, police said.
