Broken Wire Repaired, But Residual Train Delays Remain In And Out Of Penn Station
NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) - Commuters experienced some additional headaches getting into and out of New York City this morning.
There were residual delays after crews completed fixing a damaged overhead wire in one of two Hudson River tunnels.

The repairs forced trains to run on a single track in and out of New York.
NJ Transit trains had been running about 60 minutes behind schedule. By 10 a.m. they were 15 to 30 minutes behind schedule. Midtown Direct trains were being routed to and from Hoboken.
PATH was cross-honoring between Hoboken and 33rd Street. NJ Transit and private company buses were also honoring rail passes.
