8 Injured In Williamsburg, Brooklyn Apartment Building Fire
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Six civilians and two firefighters were injured in a blaze in Williamsburg, Brooklyn early Sunday.
The fire broke out just before 3 a.m. in a six-story apartment building at 204 Ross St. in Brooklyn, officials told 1010 WINS.
Of the six injured people, four were taken to area hospitals, officials said. They all had minor injuries.
The fire began on the fifth floor of the buildings, officials said. More than 100 firefighters were called to the scene, as well as EMS.
