West Hempstead Man Accused Of Molesting Boy He Met On Craigslist
WEST HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - Suffolk County Police said they arrested a man on Friday afternoon for engaging in criminal sexual acts with a 13-year-old boy.
Police said 42-year-old David Boutin of West Hempstead met the boy on Craigslist.
The man was arrested after a police officer searching for a stolen dirt bike came across Boutin in his car with the boy. Boutin was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts.
He is expected to be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Central Islip.
