3/10 CBS2 Thursday Afternoon Weather Headlines
By Justin Lewis
We'll see more clouds than we did yesterday, but much of the shower activity will remain to our north. As for temps, they'll manage to climb into record-breaking territory again... mid 70's! For interior sections of NJ, you'll see the upper 70's to around 80 degrees; along the coast, expect highs in the 60's.
A cold front will push showers and rain through our area late tonight, but no flooding expected. As for temperatures, they'll fall into the mid 50's by daybreak.
A cooler wind will blow tomorrow in the wake of our cold front... highs only getting into the low to mid 60's. But we can't complain considering that's about 15 degrees warmer than it should be this time of the year! Also, high pressure will move in pretty quickly behind the front, so expect mostly sunny skies.
It looks like we'll get off to a chilly start on Saturday, but we're expecting a good deal of sun with winds out of the south and west... low 60's in reach.
As for Sunday, it looks like there will be more in the way of cloud cover with a shower chance holding off until late in the day.
