Video Shows Beluga Whale 'Dancing' At Mystic Aquarium Wedding
MYSTIC, Conn. (CBSNewyork/AP) -- Everyone likes to dance at a wedding and apparently, so do whales.
A beluga whale named Juno joined in during the festivities at the July wedding of Kimberly Mikenis and Kevin Van Aelst at Mystic Aquarium.
In a video taken by wedding guest Bill Kurtz, Juno can be seen "dancing" to the music of a mariachi band, bobbing his head up and down and swaying back and forth.
Watch the video below:
The video has become an internet hit, but Mystic Aquarium senior trainer Kelly O'Neil says the 1,200-pound beluga has been trained to bob in response to certain arm movements, and was apparently responding to the movements of the band's guitar player.

O'Neil says the whale's apparent interest in the wedding was probably due to the music's vibrations, those physical cues and the whales' natural curiosity.
