VIDEO: DeCamp Bus Driver Caught Doing Paperwork At The Wheel On Busy Avenue
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A woman with a smartphone caught a bus driver in New Jersey being quite distracted as he drove along a busy roadway.
The distracted driver took his eyes off the road and his hands off the wheel while doing paperwork as he rolled down busy Kearny Avenue.
The entire incident was captured on video by a concerned passenger nearby.
The woman who took the video told CBS 2's Tony Aiello she saw the same DeCamp bus driver doing the same thing on two prior occasions.

Aiello showed the video to commuters at the Port Authority Bus Terminal on Wednesday and it garnered plenty of reaction.
"Very distracted driving, that's terrible," one person said.
"Whoa! That is naughty, naughty! Things can happen in a fraction -- you take your eyes off the road and 'boom!'" Bonnie Calder added.
DeCamp has about 100 drivers who collectively log 2 million miles a year. Federal regulators said the company has a satisfactory safety record.
Aiello showed the video to two employees in the DeCamp office. They said the driver would be written up and face discipline.
Last year, a driver with a competing bus line -- Lakeland -- was caught on video texting while driving, leaving some to wonder: Don't drivers know most riders have phones equipped with cameras?
"Some type of camera, some type of video, they can catch people doing things...very easy to do these days," said Reginald McSwain, of Irvington.
Interstate bus drivers, who are caught driving while distracted, can face fines approaching $3,000.
