Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Snarles Traffic On Verrazano-Narrows Bridge
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- All lanes have reopened after a jackknifed tractor-trailer closed the upper level of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge Tuesday afternoon.

It happened just before 1 p.m. Fire officials say the truck was carrying 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel and started leaking when it jackknifed, but there were no reports of injuries.
The upper level of the bridge from Staten Island to Brooklyn was closed for a time but reopened shortly before 2 p.m.
