The second Tuckahoe police officer being investigated for allegedly letting a drunk New York City police officer go after he plowed into a light pole and a parking meter is the son of Westchester County director of the Office of Drug Prevention and Stop DWI.

Tuckahoe officer Vincent Pinto, along with Sgt. John Cuccinello, is accused of only giving New York City police officer Michael Lazaro property damage summonses, but never field sobriety tests.

The situation is captured on a taped phone conversation posted on DNAinfo.com where one is heard saying, presumably to another New York City police officer, "I got one of your guys down the block he just bombed bad."

Vito Pinto is a former Westchester County legislator who is director of the Office of Drug Prevention and Stop-DWI and executive director of Westchester's Veterans Service Agency. The Journal News reports that his daughter, Andrea, is a Tuckahoe police detective.

Meanwhile, calls to the Tuckahoe police chief have not been returned.
