Trump: Hillary Clinton Bribed Attorney General Loretta Lynch
RALEIGH, N.C. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump pulled no punches at a Raleigh campaign rally after the FBI announced Tuesday it wouldn't recommend charges against Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.
During a rally at Duke Energy Center, Trump accused the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee of bribing Attorney General Loretta Lynch following a report that said Clinton would consider keeping Lynch if she's elected president.
"It's a bribe!" Trump declared.

Trump was referring to a story in The New York Times that quoted "Democrats close to" Clinton saying she may decide to rehire Lynch.
Trump said Lynch may have believed that, and if she let Clinton off the hook, she'd have four more years on the job.
"It's a disgrace, it's a disgrace!" Trump said.
Trump said Clinton put the "entire country in danger" and insisted she was likely hacked.
"Her judgment is horrible," Trump said, adding, "She will be such a lousy president, folks."
Trump even said that Sen. Bernie Sanders lost the "FBI primary."
"He just lost today the FBI primary. He lost the FBI primary. Bernie, my poor Bernie," Trump exclaimed I feel so badly for Bernie, but you know what, a lot of Bernie Sanders supporters are going to be voting for Trump."
Trump also had harsh words for President Barack Obama, arguing he should be at the White House working to defeat Islamic State of Iraq and Syria militants and dealing with other issues instead of joining Clinton on the campaign trail.
He said Obama seems to be having too much fun, adding, "it's like a carnival act."
