Truck Hits Pedestrian In Midtown
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A pedestrian was struck by a truck in Midtown Monday morning.
It happened at the intersection of 58th Street and Sixth Avenue at around 7:40 a.m.
The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital.
The truck stayed at the scene of the crash, though it wasn't immediately clear if the truck or the pedestrian had the right of way.
Police say it doesn't appear to be a crime.
