Trio Of Men Sought In East Harlem Shooting That Left 2 Injured

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for three men wanted for questioning in a shooting that happened in East Harlem earlier this month.

Authorities said that at around 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 2, a 25-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were shot while standing on the corner of Madison Avenue and East 112th Street.

The woman was struck in the hip and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, while the man was hit in the back and taken to Harlem Hospital, police said.

The victims do not know each other and both are listed in stable condition.

Three men in their late teens or early 20s were seen running from the scene after the shooting, police said.
