Toy Drive Planned For Sandy's Victims On Staten Island
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - With the holidays right around the corner, there is a goal on Staten Island to have the biggest toy drive that New York has ever seen.

Dennis McKeon of Where To Turn is organizing the effort and his plan is to open a toy store with the donated gifts. Then families can pick up holiday toys at no charge.
"Before you know, the holidays are going to be here. Christmas and Chanukah are going to be here and these families are going to be in no condition to buy anything for their kids," he said of the victims of superstorm Sandy.
He said they'll store the toys and separate them by age and gender.
"We'll make sure that everybody has a FEMA I.D. cause, unfortunately, you have to think of that as well," he told WCBS 880's Peter Haskell.
The organization is still figuring out what the toy store's location will be.
In the meantime, toys can be dropped off at the UPS Store in the Pathmark Shopping Center at 150-L Greaves Lane # 312, Staten Island, NY 10308.
