Tell Us: Who Is Taylor Swift's New Song About?
Last night, Taylor Swift revealed her new single off her upcoming album Red.
"This is a really, really romantic song," she said sarcastically to a room full of fans.
"It's really touching and sensitive and it's a really romantic song that's to my lovely ex-boyfriend. It's called 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,'”she said.
At the track's start Taylor sings, "I remember when we broke up the first time/Saying this is it, I've had enough/'Cuz like we hadn't seen each other in a month when you said you needed space/Then you come around again and say baby I miss you and I swear I'm gonna change."

A new sound for Taylor, the bass heavy song has a spoken word feature where Taylor calls out her ex. So who exactly is this ex she's singing about in “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together?”
Could it be John Mayer, the inspiration behind "Dear John" on Speak Now? What about her whirlwind romance with Jake Gyllenhaal, whom she spent Thanksgiving with in New York?
Then there's Joe Jonas, the breakup with whom Taylor hasn't shied away from discussing. Joe broke up with Taylor on a 25-second phone call, which sparked her song "Forever & Always." Could it be about the Jonas brother?
Lastly, there's Twilight star Taylor Lautner, whom Taylor has admitted her regrets about, and to whom she dedicated the song "Back to December."
Who do you think "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” is about? Let us know in the poll!
