Teen Still Critical After Halloween Party Shooting
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -- Police said they're investigating a shooting at a Halloween Party that left a 13-year-old Buffalo girl in critical condition.
Buffalo police said the teen was at a party at an apartment early Sunday morning when she was struck in the upper part of her body by a bullet that was fired in another room and penetrated a wall.
She was taken to Erie County Medical Center, where she was listed in critical condition.
Police haven't released her name.
There have been no arrests in the case.
