"One party was interested in as early as August," the estate's Anthony Amendola told WCBS 880 reporter Catherine Cioffi on Tuesday. "They've been waiting a long time, so... they had their wedding in mind for years and it's now ready to be implemented."
He says he has been getting tons of calls and e-mails from couples looking to book weddings.
"It's kind of bucked the trend a little bit for this time of year and it was all related to same-sex marriage," he says.
Amendola says it's all very exciting and they can't wait to be part of history.
"You know, this is where history is made," he says.
The law allowing same-sex marriage in New York passed on Friday night.
