Ricotta Bruschetta
Ingredients
2 leeks, sliced thin
2 ounces prosciutto di Parma
Salt & Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Ricotta cheese
Preparation
In a saute pan, heat olive oil on medium and saute leeks until soft, but not brown.
Toast bread, and spread ricotta on top
Top with leeks and prosciutto and serve
