Tanker Truck Crashes In Rahway, NJ
RAHWAY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A tanker truck that crashed and hit parked cars in Rahway, New Jersey, has closed W. Inman Avenue between Jefferson and Madison avenues.
Jim Smith was in Chopper2 early Tuesday morning where he reported the truck struck cars along the side of W. Inman Ave.
Another car was sent further down the street and remained upside down in the road.
No serious injuries were reported, according to Smith.
It is unknown if the tanker was carrying anything, but fire crews on the scene immediately evacuated the area as a precaution.
