Police Make Arrest After Woman Found Strangled In Hackensack Parking Garage
HACKENSACK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Police in New Jersey have made an arrest after a woman was found dead inside a parked car.
Authorities now say 21-year-old Michael Gaffney is charged with reckless manslaughter.
Police believe the Maywood man is responsible for the death of 19-year-old Francis Victoria Garcia.
The teen's body was found early Saturday morning inside a car at a parking garage on Prospect Avenue in Hackensack.
Investigators say the two had been in the backseat of the car and an autopsy has determined Garcia was strangled.
