Suffolk Police: Two Arrested For Illegally Tattooing Teenage Girl
YAPHANK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - Suffolk County Police say they've arrested two men for illegally tattooing a 15-year-old girl.
Police say 17-year-old Anthony DeStefano of Coram drove the girl to the home of George Harris of Mastic. Police say DeStefano had made the arrangements for the girl to be tattooed, but that she was unaware of the plan.
DeStefano paid for the procedure and then the girl was tattooed with his name, police said.
The duo were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child. DeStefano has since been released on bail.
