Pita Pocket
Yogurt Sauce:
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dill leaves
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups plain Greek yogurt.
Combine all ingredients.
Lemon Chicken:
2 chicken breasts
1 lemon, sliced
2 tsp. fresh oregano
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
2 pocket pitas
Cook chicken in extra virgin olive oil on medium heat with lemon slices and oregano until white in the middle, serve over yogurt sauce and enjoy with pita.
