Pasta With Tuna
Ingredients:
½ lb. Rigatoni
6 oz. Tuna
6 oz. Tomato Sauce
3 oz. Arugula
2 oz. Olive Oil
1 Medium Yellow Onion
Salt & Pepper To Taste.
Directions:
In a pot of salted, boiling water, add pasta.
Cook 7-8 minutes until al dente
In a pan, heat olive oil
Add chopped onion
When onion is translucent, add tomato sauce
Add salt & pepper, simmer 4-5 minutes
Add tuna
Cook 2 minutes more
Add pasta & pasta water as needed
Add arugula before plating.
