Pasta Puttanesca

Ingredients:
8 oz pasta
3 cloves chopped garlic
3 oz olive oil
3 fillets anchovies
4 oz chopped white onions
1 oz capers
4 San Marrzano tomatoes
2 oz chopped parsley
3 oz black cured olives pitted

Directions:

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes

In a sauté pan heat olive oil
Ad the anchovies and with a fork break them up
Ad the chopped garlic
And onions
Sauté together for about 6 minutes
Next ad the tomatoes cook for 2 minutes.
Ad the pasta let simmer together for a couple of minutes
Ad parsley and olives
