Star Trek Exhibit Comes To Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)-- New Yorkers were able to travel through the galaxy without leaving port this weekend as a new Star Trek exhibit was on board the USS Intrepid.
Trekkies took over the Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum Saturday as academy training began with everything from communication to medical scanning, CBS2's Magdalena Doris reported.
Visitors were put through galactic boot camp so to speak. For fans, it was a chance to emulate Star Trek heroes and heroines.
