February has come and gone and March is here to taunt us with prospects of spring while simultaneously showing us the harsh reality of winter. Joy.

Well we could either harp on the negatives of the month or start focusing on the positives; like that March actually brings you a few solid excuses to drink like it's your job, such as St. Patrick's Day and March Madness. After all, nothing says drinking like leprechauns and a month of watching weirdly tall athletic people play basketball.

So, since you've most likely been confined to your apartment or closest neighborhood bar (thanks to the awesome single digit temps and crippling wind-chill) we're sure you're in need of somewhere new to get your drink on. That's why we're suggesting you head to Seamstress.

More: A Romantic Rendezvous

No, we did not say Seamless, we said Seamstress, which is not a new fantastic tailor (who knows though, your inseams still might get a little action), but actually the latest cocktail den to hit the Upper East Side and yes, it's definitely worth ditching your House of Cards marathon for. This is where you'll be able to either start or end your night with tasty wine, a wide selection of brewskis for you and all of your broskis to enjoy and tons of awesome signature cocktails like the Wiz Fizz and Cold in the Shadows that are made from the same guys that are over at the Gilroy. Not to mention they also have delicious bar bites like Hot Griddlecakes, a Mutton Burger with Tripe-Crème and a Pineapple Upside Down Cake for when you need to put a little something something in your stomach. Sounds pretty good to us.

So instead of starting and ending your night out at your typical watering hole, shake things up a bit and do your night right at Seamstress, just leave the suits that need mending at home.
