3 Firefighters Hurt Battling House Fire In South Jamaica, Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Three firefighters suffered minor injuries battling a house fire in Queens Monday.
The fire broke out at around 10 a.m. at 146th Street between Linden Boulevard and 115th Street in South Jamaica.
Firefighters could be seen throwing flammable objects like a blanket out the window.
The fire grew to two alarms before being brought under control about an hour later.
The fire started in the basement.
There's no word yet on the cause.
