Skull That May Date To 19th Century Found In SoHo Excavation Site
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A parking lot in SoHo became the site of an eerie find Thursday.
Crews were excavating a parking lot property at Greene and Canal streets when they found a human skull, according to police.
Work was stopped when the skull was examined.
An anthropologist believes the skull could date as far back as the 19th century.
The skull will now undergo further testing.
