Silver Alert Issued For Elderly Man Who Went Missing In Upper West Side
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A silver alert has been issued for an elderly man who went missing in the Upper West Side.
Manfred Scharfstein, 89, was last seen in the area of West 96th Street and Broadway around 1 a.m. on Friday, March 25.
He is 6-foot-1, weighs 165 pounds and has a thin build with short white hair.
He was last seen wearing a beige trench coat, a gray Kangol hat, and black shoes, and might be wearing glasses.
