The shooting left a 25-year-old man dead after being shot in the neck.
A 20-year-old man was hit in the leg and was taken to Jacobi Hospital in serious but stable condition.
One resident said the shooting has him contemplating moving out.
"We don't have adequate security here. This is a New York City Housing Authority project and we don't have any security cameras here. We don't really have too much for police patrol here. The crooks outnumber the cops," the resident told 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck.
Police have not made any arrests yet in this case.
