"The car went by and took a couple of shots, eight or nine shots," owner Neil Erickson, who wasn't at the bar at the time of the shooting, said. "One went through the window, it didn't hit anybody inside."
Police said four people who were outside the bar -- two men and two women -- were shot.
"You could see people scrambling," one witness said. "The cops came after, I could see that people were being loaded in the ambulance."
The victims, ranging in age from 17 to 38, are expected to survive.
Police do not have a motive for the shooting.
"Somebody probably had a beef with somebody," Erickson said.
The shooter remains at large.
