School Bus Fire Near JFK Airport In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A school bus caught fire early Wednesday morning near John F. Kennedy Airport in Queens.
It happened on the shoulder of the westbound Nassau Expressway. Video from the scene showed smoke and flames coming from the bus.
Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze, leaving behind a charred shell. There were no children on the bus and no one was injured, CBS2 reported.
