Rye Women Mixed On 'Real Houswives Of Westchester County'
RYE, NY (WCBS 880) - The "Real Housewives" have left their mark on New Jersey, New York City, Orange County, Atlanta, Miami, Beverly Hills and Washington, DC.
But what about Westchester County? If two Rye women have it their way, it could be.
They're casting Rye women to star in the pilot that they plan to pitch to Bravo.

While these two women, Mary Amy and Nora Holmes, insist the show will be classy, the women WCBS 880 reporter Catherine Cioffi talked to in Rye on Friday weren't too keen on the idea.

Maureen said, "I don't watch any reality TV."
"You're not interested?" asked Cioffi.
"No. I'm not going to try and get the role that's for sure, not at all. I don't really think too many positive things can come out of a show like that to be quite honest."
"So you would rather it stay in California and New Jersey?" replied Cioffi.
"California and New Jersey, absolutely," she answered.
Jenny will pass, saying, "I think it's kind of garbage. Those women have nothing to do but party and cocktail hours and fashions. That's not the general housewife, I don't think. You've got scouts and things going on, soccer, not this society stuff."
