Police: Rutgers Student From Hillside, N.J. Goes Missing
HILLSIDE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A Rutgers University student was reported missing this past weekend.
Brianna Thomas, 20, had last been seen Saturday night at 9 p.m., Hillside police said. She was reported missing Sunday.
Thomas is 5 feet 3 inches tall with a thin build, and was wearing her hair in a ponytail, police said. They said she was wearing blue jeans, a blue and white sweater with hearts, a blue vest, and blue Ugg boots.
There were reports via Twitter late Monday that Thomas had been found safe, but police could not immediately confirm the information.
Hillside police told CBS2's Jessica Schneider that Thomas' black 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix had earlier been found Sunday on Highland Avenue near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue in Orange.
