Robbers Strike McDonald's In Hudson Square
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Sunday were searching for a pair of robbers who held up a McDonald's in the Hudson Square area of Lower Manhattan during the early morning hours.
Around 4:30 a.m., the suspects walked into the McDonald's at 208 Varick St., near Houston Street. One of the suspects flashed a gun, while both demanded cash.
The employees at the McDonald's complied, and the suspects ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police have released a surveillance video of the suspects, but a written description was not included.
