Reports: Rangers To Take On Devils, Islanders At Yankee Stadium In 2014

The Rangers, Devils and Islanders will all see action at Yankee Stadium in early 2014, according to multiple reports.
As part of the NHL's reported "Stadium Series," the Rangers will temporarily inhabit the home of the Yankees on Jan. 26 to play the Devils. The Blueshirts will return to the Bronx to face the Islanders on Jan. 29.
The NHL's plans were first reported by the Canadian network TSN. The series hasn't been officially announced and "is not yet contractually finalized," according to the New York Daily News.
The ultra-popular Winter Classic on New Year's Day will be held next season at Michigan Stadium, featuring the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs.
The '14 Winter Classic will kick off the reported six-game outdoor showcase, with the remaining five held at Yankee Stadium, Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles-Anaheim, Jan. 25), Soldier Field (Chicago-Pittsburgh, March 1), and BC Place (Vancouver-Ottawa, March 2).
