Report: Woman Raped At Downtown Luxury Hotel
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A guest claims that she was drugged and raped by a mystery man at a New York City luxury hotel.
The alleged attack occurred on Thursday at "The Dream Downtown Hotel", the woman was waiting for a friend when she claims she was approached by a stranger, The New York Post reported.
The next thing the woman remembered was waking up in her room with her clothes off, and her cell phone missing.
Law enforcement sources told the Post that they were reviewing video footage that would assist them in the investigation.
The alleged assailant has been described as being 5'5", 150-lbs, light-skinned with brown eyes, shaggy brown hair, and a crooked nose, according to The Post.
