Report: Horace Mann School Sex Abuse Lawsuit Settled
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A sex abuse lawsuit against an elite private school in the Bronx has reportedly been settled.
The suit was filed against the Horace Mann School in Riverdale in 2013.
Nearly three dozen alumni have come forward over the past few years, claiming they were abused by teachers and administrators from the 1960s through the 1990s.
The Wall Street Journal says the case involves an anonymous plaintiff from New Jersey.
Details of the settlement were not released.
