Caught On Camera: Ramapo Police, Firefighters Rescue Deer Stuck On Fence
RAMAPO, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A deer rescue in Rockland County was caught on camera.
Ramapo police officers and firefighters joined forces to rescue the trapped deer.
Police first arrived to find the animal's back legs stuck on a fence. Unable to free it, they asked for help from the Hillcrest Fire Department.
Rescue workers had to use the Jaws of Life to safely free the deer. Once it was loose, the deer ran off.
