Police: Suspects Stabbed Teen, Slashed Dog In Jackson Heights, Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were searching for two suspects who allegedly stabbed a 16-year-old boy and slashed his dog in Jackson Heights, Queens.
Around 7 p.m. this past Saturday at 80th Street and Northern Boulevard, the two suspects came up to the boy and asked him if he was in a gang, police said.
The victim said no, and the suspects stabbed him once in the torso and cut his dog across the back, police said.
The suspects ran north on 80th Street following the stabbing, police said.
The suspects are both described as Hispanic males. One was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, a dark-colored jacket, light-colored pants and black and white sneakers, while the other was last seen wearing a black and yellow baseball cap, a dark-colored jacket and light-colored pants.
