A third agreed to take the case after court officers put a mask on Robinson's face.
Robinson also threatened to spit on the judge, Cornell reported.
He has been charged with kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.
Nijaey Hilton, 5, was seen leaving her apartment on East 112th Street with Robinson around 10:30 Tuesday night.
Prosecutors said he ignored calls telling him to bring the little girl back home.
Hilton was found in good condition with Robinson Wednesday afternoon in front of the Apollo Theater in Harlem.
Robinson was ordered held without bail.
