Prosecutors: 17-Year-Old Boy Fatally Stabbed In Large Brawl In Rahway
RAHWAY, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) - Prosecutors said that a 17-year-old boy was fatally stabbed during a large brawl in northern New Jersey.
It's not yet clear what sparked the fight in Rahway, which was reported around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Union County Prosecutor Theodore Romankow said that responding police officers found Jose Pacheco-Holly suffering from various stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital but died there a short time later.
No other injuries were reported.
Romankow said that it's not clear how many people were involved in the brawl, and that no arrest have been made.
