Power Back On For Thousands In N.J.
COLTS NECK, N.J. (CBS 2 / WCBS 880) -- The power was back on for most people in Monmouth County Tuesday, after a hot, uncomfortable night.

Jersey Central Power And Light said about 70,000 customers were affected by a sub-station failure in Colts Neck.
The outage also caused major traffic problems, because traffic lights weren't working.
There were a few accidents, but no serious injuries were reported.
