NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Authorities released surveillance video Tuesday of a man wanted for questioning in connection with a woman found unresponsive and incoherent in the Richmond Hill section of Queens Saturday.
In the video, the man can be seen dragging the woman from a dark-colored SUV parked on the side of the road. The video shows the man prop the woman up against the wall of a building then turn back, get in the SUV and drive off.
Police have identified the woman as 18-year-old Safiya McLean.

EMS picked up McLean at the corner of 131st Street and Jamaica Avenue around 12:50 a.m. and took her to Jamaica Hospital where she was listed in critical but stable condition.
She had bruising and leg injuries, police said.
"It was really sad just seeing how somebody could just do that to a person and leave them stranded," the owner of the hardware store where the surveillance video was shot told 1010 WINS' Al Jones.
As CBS2's Valerie Castro reported, detectives returned to the store on Tuesday to continue their investigation.
"It was very disheartening and hard to believe that something like this happened so close to our location," a store employee said.
The store employee said watching the chilling scene play out made him wonder what kind of person the man in the video could be.
"Definitely has to be a cold-hearted person to do something like that, just lack of human life. It's sad. It's sad to see it," he said.
When police found McLean, she was wearing a dark colored coat, jeans and colored sneakers.
