Police: Swastikas Drawn On Five Vehicles In Melville
MELVILLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Suffolk County police are asking for the public's help in finding the person or persons responsible for drawing swastikas on vehicles earlier this month.
Police said someone used clear glue to draw swastikas on the windshields of five vehicles in Melville between the night of April 5 and the morning of April 6.
The Suffolk County Police hate crimes unit is investigating.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
