Police: Suspect Stabbed Man In Fight Outside Queens Bar
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The search was on Monday night for a suspect who allegedly stabbed a man several times during a fight in front of a bar in Jamaica, Queens.
Around 4:50 a.m. Sunday, the 22-year-old victim got into a quarrel with the suspect in front of the Euphora Bar, at 144-05 Jamaica Ave. in Queens, police said.
The fight became physical and the suspect stabbed the man several times, police said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical, but stable, condition, police said.
The suspect fled the scene west on Jamaica Avenue in a black four-door sedan, police said. Police have released surveillance images of the suspect and the car.
